Harrison Township Beautification Fund (HTB) was established to beautify the downtown of Mullica Hill and the surrounding Harrison Township. HTB's goal is to aid in the revitalization of Mullica Hill's downtown walking district by enhancing the beauty our historic Main St., creating a walking village thus generating the true feeling of community spirit.
